Our club's first annual spring tournament. This 1-day, 4-round tournament that took place on Sunday, March 30, 2008, in the Bodek Lounge, Houston Hall, at the University of Pennsylvania. 42 registrants competed in 5 divisions.
We would also like to thank our sponsor: Slate and Shell for their ongoing and generous contribution to our kyu–level prize fund!
Our first 2-day weekend tournament taking place on September 22 – 23, 2007, at the University of Pennsylvania. 44 registrants competed in either the Open or Handicap Sections. The Open Division Cash Prizes: $1,500.00. The AGA-rated tournament consisted of 5 rounds of play, with 60 minutes basic time and 5 30-second periods of overtime.
